To celebrate the releae of Chief of Station, the new action film opening in US cinemas this weekend, we sat down with star Olga Kurylenko to find out about her latest action-packed endeavour alongside The Dark Knight star Aaron Eckhart and Alex Pettyfer (Magic Mike).

Former CIA European Station Chief Ben’s world comes crumbling down after his wife, a former operative, dies in a terrible accident. After receiving cryptic intel that his wife’s death might not have been an accident, Ben heads back into the shadowy underworld of Eastern Europe, teaming up with a former adversary to unravel a conspiracy that challenges everything he thought he knew about his wife and the agency he worked at for more than 20 years.

Chatting to us about the new film, Kurylenko chats about re-teaming with director Jesse V. Johnson and the trust they have built up over their previous films, why she will do almost anything for the director, teaming with Eckhart and Pettyfer, throwing herself into the action side of the film as well as the weapons training, how she goes about choosing her roles now and why she has become “pickier” in recent years and returning to the MCU in the upcoming Thunderbolts* as Taskmaster, which releases next summer.
