We almost take it for granted, but before Bridesmaids, it was pretty rare to have a comedy depict female friendships in an authentic way, that allows women to be crass. This was part of the appeal for Rumer Willis jumping on board My Divorce Party, as she talks about the film and what appealed so greatly to her as an actor.
We also discuss holidays in Greece, laughing on set… and of course we spoke about her father, the wonderful Bruce Willis, as she recounts precious moments from her childhood when she’s visit him on set, which she discusses as being her introduction to an industry that she now wishes to explore from behind the lens.

Synopsis
Xan gathers her close friends to celebrate her impending divorce, only to reveal she intends to blow her settlement money since her husband gets half of it. Chaos ensues as each friend has a wildly different opinion on what Xan should do.
